Ok, well I am trying to figure out when i should take my measurements and weight. I was going to take it today since it is the end of week 4, but I was thinking of just waiting until January 31st to take everything. What do you think? Should measurements be done monthly or weekly?
I had off work today. I had new windows installed in the summertime but one of the windows wasn't closing right so i had to have a service guy come out to check the window and the only time that they could give me was 9-12, so i just took the whole day off...it was nice, Adam actually took off too and I made breakfast for us and then i went to the gym with my girlfriend Sherri (who also called out sick today...i think she knew i was taking off so she did too) so we went to the gym and i was kinda proud of myself. I really worked my upper body big time today. I even went up in weight on a few things! Yay! But my arms are still shaky and rubbery....but thats a good thing. Right?
Then we went to Petsmart to get dog and cat food and then the diner (cause we were starving!) I only had an egg white omlette and wheat toast ;) and then to the car dealer(sherri needed to get her oil changed)
And now im home, its like i worked a full day and im tired and i dont feel like making dinner! I need some receipe ideas. Im getting tired of baked or grilled chicken and salmon. Any fun recipies???? Anyone? My diet for the last 4 weeks has been: chicken, salmon, tilapia, brown rice, asparagus, string beans, broccoli and lettuce. That is basically it. I need some ideas. Help! I ask Adam what he wants for dinner...chicken or fish. He has no other options...hehehe......im starting to feel bad...not!

Ummm, shaky rubbery arms ROCK!! Except you better take some glutamine or tomorrow they might not work so well. hee hee. Have you made your chicken in a crock pot with salsa on it?? Its pretty good and shredd-y. What about tuna patties? They are yummy too. I LOVE my sweet potatoes with a little sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of sf syrup. also, you can make a dip for chicken by mixing mustard with some sf syrup and its like honey mustard.
Sorry if all of this is old news, its just in case ya didn't know :D
