M1: protien pancakes, coffee, water
M2: zucchini oat bar, water
M3: turkey chili & saladd, water
M4: protien bar, coffee, water
M5: homemade pizza on wheat shell with ff mozarella
M6: protein shake
Im actually not working out today :( partly because i cant walk from leg day, and partly because i just want to go home after work instead of going to the gym and getting home at 7:00. So i made myself a promise that i will go saturday and sunday, no matter what.
