I didn't work out at all yesterday....and i actually felt guilty! That's a good sign i guess. So im doubling it up today. I got up at 6:30 and worked out at home and then tonight Im going to the gym for cardio. My eating has been great and also drinking my water. I am actually enjoying eating clean! How bout those apples!! I haven't had anything sweet since January 2nd! Keeping a record of my workout and eating has really helped me keep control over everything in my life.
Yesterday's meals:
M1: protien pancakes
M2: zucchini oat bar
M3: peanut thai chicken with brown rice
M4: yogurt with protein powder
M5: tilapia, baked sweet potato, string beans, salad
M6: coffee
Today's meals:
M1: Protien pancakes
M2: zucchini oat bar
M3: Peanut Thai Chicken with brown rice
M4: yogurt w/ protien
M5: seared ahi tuna, brown rice, broccoli, salad
M6: protien shake (depending on the time)
Workout 1/18/07:
AM: Firm: Total Muscle Shaping, 45 minutes (full body weights)
PM: Cardio: 45 minutes
