Week 4 begins

Well i got on the scale...i lost another pound...so im happy about that. I just wish it was more. But its a start and im going to be positive about it. Yesterday I didn't get all my meals in cause i went food shopping and to Target with my mom. But i ate clean.

Sunday (and no workout):
M1: 1 egg, 4 whites, 1 light sausage link cut up into omlette, coffee, 1/2 cup OJ
M2: Myoplex light bar
M3: 1/2 zucchini oat bar
M4: Chicken w/ sweet/sour sauce, brown rice, salad
M5: SF Jello Pudding, coffee

Today (Monday):
M1: zucchini oat bar
M2: zucchini oat bar
M3: Salad with can tuna, cranberries, walnuts, FF dressing
M4: yogurt with protein powder
M5: salmon, brown rice, asparagus, salad
M6: protien shake (depending on what time i eat dinner)

Today is leg day....plus i want to do cardio.....so i might get home later than usual. I can do abs when i get home.
