Well this morning was my weigh in. 130.5. Come on now! i was hoping to be back down in the 120s going into my 3rd week. Oh well...im staying positive right? thats what i need to do...i got my body fat monitor. not sure how accurate it was because i got like 3 different readings. But it is approximatly 35.6%...that is soooo horrible! I cant take it!!! I did some cooking last night for the week. I made Amy's Zucchini Oat Bars and her peanut thai chicken (which i am marinating now and eating for dinner tonight) and i made turkey chili which i will be eating for lunches. Tonight is upper body...i just hate my gym after work...its sooo busy and i cant get on any of the machines...let alone go into the free weight area....i wind up getting aggrevated and leaving the gym and working out at home.
Meals today:
M1: zucchini oat bar
M2: zucchini oat bar
M3: turkey chili
M4-yogurt with protien powder
M5: peanut thai chicken with brown rice, salad
My weekend was pretty boring. The Eagles lost on Saturday :( I think i jinxed them by posting something on here :) I didn't get to the gym at all this weekend. I wanted to at least get there one day. I suck. and i wonder why i didnt lose anything this week. Maybe im not eating enough? Im taking Hydroxycut and CLA too....im just hoping my body is just getting used to the routine and my weight will start to drop soon.
