Last night i made my free night. I went out for sushi. I ate wayyy to much. And i guess my body was getting used to not having any white rice, pasta and potatos, because i was SOOO bloated after i got home. I dont like feeling like that at all... and i like not feeling like a stuffed sausage after i eat..so im back to eating normal and clean. I bought a fat loss monitor from amazon.com. I have to program it to see how much body fat i have....im scared :)
Today i went out with my mom shopping. We ran to a few stores to return a couple of things and then we went to Wegmans. I have never been there before. It is way to big for a grocrery store! I was all confused, i didn't know where anything was, and it was very crowded. Kids were crying and whining, moms were yelling...it was stressful. It wasn't that expensive but maybe if i dont go on a saturday afternoon, it wont be so bad.
Tonight is the EAGLES v. Saints game....GO EAGLES!!!
